Nu Hotel, Milan

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were quite small for two people but well-organized and had a modern aesthetic, making them clean and comfortable. The hotel was spotless, smelled fresh, and had tasteful decorations. The service was excellent with helpful staff who assisted us in locating nearby sights and restaurants. The location, although not at the city center, was convenient being close to the subway which provided easy access to key attractions. The dining options were limited, especially if you arrived later in the morning. However, the service went above and beyond by providing takeaway bags of yogurt, fruit, and bread upon our departure. It was a good value for the money spent.

The hotel rooms were lovely, well-furnished, with a new and clean bathroom; the fast Wi-Fi and strategic location added to the positive experience. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. However, there were some issues with the air conditioner misinformation. The staff was helpful in re-rooming and location was convenient, although there were cost concerns regarding transportation. The dining experience was pleasant with room for improvement, and the facilities met expectations.
