My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms offered many options to store belongings and were comfortable, but there were some minor drawbacks. The service provided by the staff was mixed, with some members being very helpful while others lacked proper training in customer service. The location, although very convenient being close to the bus station, might not appeal to all travelers due to safety concerns. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially enjoying some home-grown organic fruits. The facilities met basic needs without any standout features.
